Support & Orders

Help with purchases, downloads, printing, and account questions.

Orders & Accounts

  • This is usually caused by network or browser security settings. Try accessing preschoolvibes.com from a personal device using cellular data (Wi-Fi turned off). If that works, your current network is blocking the site. Switching to Google Chrome also resolves most access issues.

  • School or high-security networks often block digital transactions. Try completing your purchase on a personal device and network. For best results, use your phone with Wi-Fi turned off.

  • All orders must be placed directly through the website using a credit card or Apple Pay. We do not process purchase orders manually.

  • Duplicate purchases placed within the same calendar year can be refunded. Contact support with your order details and we’ll review it.

  • If you used Apple Pay, your purchase may be linked to a different email address. Check the email connected to your Apple Pay account for your order confirmation. Also check your spam or junk folder, as order emails sometimes land there.

  • For security reasons, purchases cannot be transferred between accounts. Each order is tied to the email used at checkout. If you need access to an order, we can resend the download link — please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

  • Accounts cannot be changed or merged. If you provide your old and new email addresses, we can resend your order links to the new address. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.

  • Resources are sold individually to keep products clear, updated, and easy to manage. Bundles are not currently offered.

Finding & Accessing Downloads

  • Try using a different device or network. If you’re on a school or restricted network, switch to your phone with Wi-Fi turned off.

Using Google Chrome also resolves most download issues.

  • After purchase, your download link is sent to the email used at checkout. Check your inbox for the order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

If you used Apple Pay, confirm which email address is connected to your Apple Pay account.

  • Search your inbox for your order confirmation email. If you still can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder.

If needed, contact support and we can resend the link.

  • Download links expire after 24 hours. Click the original link in your order email to generate a new one.

If you don’t see the refreshed email, check your spam or junk folder.

ZIP Files & File Type Issues

  • Most resources are delivered as PDF files. Some products may include ZIP files containing multiple PDFs or editable files.

If a resource includes editable components, this will be clearly noted in the product description.

  • Download issues are usually caused by network restrictions or browser security settings.

    Try the following:

    • Use a personal device or network.

    • Turn off Wi-Fi and use mobile data on your phone.

    • Switch to Google Chrome.

If the file still won’t open, re-download it to ensure it wasn’t partially downloaded.

  • Windows: Right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract All.”
Mac: Double-click the ZIP file to extract it automatically.
Mobile: Save the file to your device first. You may need a ZIP file manager app.

Once extracted, open the PDFs inside using a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat.

  • Yes, but for the smoothest experience, we recommend downloading and printing from a computer.

If using a phone or tablet, be sure to:

    • Save the ZIP file to your device.

    • Extract the files before opening.

    • Open PDFs using a PDF reader app such as Adobe Acrobat.

PDFs & Printing

  • This usually happens when the file is opened in a program like Word instead of a PDF reader.

Make sure you are opening the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (or another dedicated PDF reader), not in Word, Google Docs, or a browser preview.

    If needed:

    • Right-click the file.

    • Select “Open with.”

    • Choose Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    • Set it as your default PDF viewer.

Once opened in a proper PDF reader, the layout should display correctly.

  • Make sure you are opening the file in a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Files may not display properly if opened in programs like Word or a browser preview.

If the file appears corrupted, try re-downloading it from your original email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.

  • Right-click the PDF file and select “Open with.” Choose Adobe Acrobat Reader from the list.

    To make this the default:

    • Check “Always use this app” when selecting Adobe.

    • Save your setting.

This ensures all future PDFs open correctly.

  • This is usually a printer or PDF reader setting issue. Try the following:

    • Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    • Go to File → Print → Advanced → Select “Print as Image.”

    • Make sure scaling is set to “Actual Size” or “Fit.”

    • Confirm your printer drivers are up to date.

These steps resolve most printing problems.

Editing & Customization

  • Yes. Our Canva templates require a Canva Pro account.

In the past, some resources worked with Canva’s free version. However, Canva frequently changes which elements are considered free versus Pro. When those changes happen, it can cause previously working files to become partially locked.

To prevent formatting issues and ensure full access to all elements, we now design Canva resources for use with Canva Pro.

  • Most resources are offered in a fixed, non-editable format unless clearly noted in the product description.

We are not able to make custom changes or create personalized versions at this time.

  • Many resources are intentionally designed as ready-to-use PDFs to preserve formatting, alignment, and ease of printing. This ensures they work consistently across devices and printers.

If a resource includes editable components, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

  • Open your purchased file in a PDF reader first. On the first page, scroll to the bottom and click the Canva link.

    When it opens in Canva:

    • Click “Use Template” if prompted, or

    • Go to File → Make a Copy.

This creates your own editable version in your Canva account.

  • In Canva:

    • Click Share → Download.

    • Choose “PDF Print.”

    • Download the file.

Open the downloaded PDF and print as usual.

  • Open the link from your download in Google Sheets.
Go to File → Make a Copy to create your own editable version.

You must be logged into a Google account to edit the file.

  • Click the link provided in your download.
When the file opens in Google Sheets, select File → Make a Copy.

If the file will not open, try using Google Chrome or switching to a personal device or network.

  • Open the PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) file directly in PowerPoint to edit.

    If using Google Slides:

    • Go to slides.google.com.

    • Upload the .pptx file.

    • Select “Open with Google Slides” to convert it.

Some minor formatting adjustments may be needed after conversion.
