Arrange dates through your usual communication method, such as email or a classroom messaging app, and use the planning sheets to track confirmed visits.

Use the activity invitation to ask about a specific opportunity. After a volunteer agrees, send the visit confirmation with the details. For help from home, agree on the task and deadline before sending the instructions and materials.
