How to Use

Open the template in Canva Pro.

Type in each student’s name and birthday to personalize the birthday graph for your class.

Print, cut, and tape the months horizontally near your calendar, large group area, birthday board, or classroom community display.

Attach student names with Velcro dots if you want to easily add, move, or update names throughout the year.

Use the graph during calendar time, birthday conversations, or large group math discussions. Ask questions such as, “Which month has the most birthdays?” “Which month has the fewest?” or “How many birthdays are in this month?”

Prep Tip

Print on cardstock and laminate if you want to reuse the birthday graph year after year. Add Velcro dots to the student name pieces and monthly graph spaces so you can update your class list easily when students join, leave, or need a corrected birthday card.
