Description
Alphabet Artistry: Uppercase Letters & Scissors gives children a creative way to explore capital letters while practicing early writing and fine motor skills.
Each activity page focuses on one uppercase letter of the alphabet. Students begin by tracing the large gray capital letter in the center of the page. Then they fill the surrounding space by writing, stamping, decorating, or recreating the uppercase letter multiple times using markers, stamps, or other creative materials.
After the letter practice is complete, students cut along the dotted lines around the square. This adds a simple scissor skill component while giving children a finished uppercase letter piece they can display, take home, or save as part of their alphabet work.
Use this resource during letter-of-the-week activities, alphabet review, small groups, fine motor centers, handwriting practice, art and literacy connections, or independent table work.

How to Use
Choose the uppercase letter page you want students to practice.

Then students fill the space inside the square by writing, stamping, or decorating the uppercase letter multiple times.
Students can use colored markers, stamps, crayons, pencils, or other creative materials to make each letter page unique.
After the letter work is finished, students cut along the dotted lines around the square.
Display the finished uppercase letters, send them home, or collect them as part of each child’s alphabet practice.
